Easy "rice" Crispy treats

Just one ingredient, these healthy sweet crispy chips are a delight! They are sweet and chewy with a little crunch from the seeds and totally remind me of rice krispie treats from when I was a kid.

*This recipe requires a dehydrator.



2-10 Dragon Fruit (as many as you'd like to make to fit in your dehydrator)



Slice your dragonfruit into 1/2 inch rounds. Peel off the pink outter layer and place on dehydrator sheets. (no teflex required)

Dehydrate overnight at 110 degrees (approx 8 hours) 

Check yours often as drying times may vary and dehydrate until desired texture is achieved. I like mine still soft and warm straight out of the dehydrator!
