
ginger snap
Ingredients:
5-6 ripe brown spotted bananas
2-3 medjool dates, pitted and soaked 1/2 hour
1 tbsp carob powder- "Hippie chocolate" (or cacao)
1 thumb of fresh ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. Blend all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
*if you have a Vitamix blender you can blend until warm but tastes great at room temperature.
2. Serve and enjoy!
