Green storm tropical smoothie

Ingredients:

3 mangos, pitted

1orange, peeled 

1/2 pineapple, cored and cubed

1 cup coconut water

1-2 big handfuls of spinach

 

Directions:

1. Prep and chop ingredients for smoothie

2. Blend on high speed in a blender

3. Serve and Enjoy!!

 

*If you have a Vitamix blender you can blend the pineapple core. The core contains bromelain which is great for joint pain and inflammation.
