vanilla Lavender

relaxation smoothie

 

Ingredients:
3 bananas
1-2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup of filtered water
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1 tsp dried lavender 

 *Optional you can use therapeutic grade lavender essential oil. 


Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients together on high

2. Enjoy sipping your sweet, relaxing smoothie. 

 

*tastes great with frozen blueberries

**you can add a handful of spinach to make it a green smoothie!
