Pineapple Spice



1⁄2 a fresh pineapple

the meat and water from 1 young Thai coconut 1/2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

1 big handful of baby kale



1. Carefully open your coconut.

2. Pour the water into the blender.

3. Scoop out the coconut meat with a spoon and add to blender with pineapple and spice.

4. Blend all ingredients together serve!


* This is a room temperature smoothie that has a thinner consistency, more like a drink. You can add frozen pineapple if you like it a bit thicker or cold.
