Raw Vegan Hummus

Here is my raw vegan hummus recipe! Hummus was a staple in my diet before going raw vegan and I can still enjoy it with this low fat, oil free version! 

 

Ingredients: 

2 medium zucchini peeled and chopped 

1/2 lemon squeezed 

1 clove garlic 

3 stems green onion 

2 tbsp hemp seeds 

a handful of sun dried tomatoes

 

Directions:

Blend on high very well in Vitamix and enjoy!

Thicken the hummus with more hemp or sun dried toms if you want it thicker. Serve with your favorite dipping veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.
